Karate Biography Sensei Rahul Varshneya started karate at the age of 3 in the Netherlands. He moved to the United States when he was 7 and joined Sensei Mary Crawford’s dojo. Since then Rahul has been involved with various activities for the dojo.
Rahul has taught for the City of Sunnyvale Summer School karate Program. He has taught classes for the City of Cupertino Parks and Recreation after school karate program. He teaches karate classes as the main dojo and is one of the coaches of the competition team. Rahul offers privates lesson in kumite to many of the team members.
Rahul is a third degree black belt and has significant experience as both a competitor medaling in local,state and National level tournaments in both kata and kumite. Sensei Rahul is a certified USA-NKF coach with coaching experience at the local, state and national karate tournaments.
